Located on the island’s East End are Water Point, Deck Point and Cabrita Point. These three peninsulas in Estate Nazareth have distinct characteristics, but they all enjoy waterfront living (or very nearly), and in some cases, water access. As common as that should be on an island, keep in mind how hilly our topography is, so a waterfront home is seldom a home that allows you to stroll into the water from a beach.

Water Point
This ultra-prestigious gated community extending between Cowpet Bay and Great Bay features breathtaking views stretching to the British Virgin Islands and St. John to the east and the St. Thomas Yacht Club immediately to the west. Water Point residents enjoy exclusive use of a waterfront park featuring a large pavilion and a pier set on the white sands of Skinny Beach. A short walk away is the community’s tennis court. A few more than 30 home sites rest on 40 acres, boasting meticulous roadways and underground utilities. A caretaker lives on property, at the gatehouse, affording residents personal attention. Homes in Water Point sell in the seven-figure range.

Deck Point
Straddling Cowpet Bay to the east and Jersey Bay to the West, Deck Point is a gated community where homes range in price from upper 6-figures (sometimes less) to 7-figures. The St Thomas Yacht Club is easy walking distance and offers dinners on Friday and Tuesday evenings, as well as lunch daily except Monday. Members can rent a mooring (there may be a waiting list) or, if you don’t own a boat, come on down to the Club and crew for one of the many IC-24s in casual racing every Friday during certain parts of the year. Neighboring the Yacht Club and situated behind the gates of Deck Point is the Anchorage Condominiums whose residents enjoy a beach, a pool and two tennis courts.

Cabrita Point
Perhaps the largest of the “three points” Cabrita Point is seeing more and more 7-figure homes rise up to experience views of the BVI, St John and Great Bay, home of the Ritz Carlton. Cabrita also shares its location with two condominium communities whose prices range from the $100,000’s up to high 6-figures. Unlike the other two East End Points, Cabrita is not gated. Its large circular roadway offers a great loop for runners and walkers.
