Deck Point

Straddling Cowpet Bay to the east and Jersey Bay to the West, Deck Point is a gated community where homes range in price from upper 6-figures (sometimes less) to 7-figures. The St Thomas Yacht Club is easy walking distance and offers dinners on Friday and Tuesday evenings, as well as lunch daily except Monday. Members can rent a mooring (there may be a waiting list) or, if you don’t own a boat, come on down to the Club and crew for one of the many IC-24s in casual racing every Friday during certain parts of the year. Neighboring the Yacht Club and situated behind the gates of Deck Point is the Anchorage Condominiums whose residents enjoy a beach, a pool and two tennis courts.<
