Barbara was terrific. We knew very little about St. Thomas, and Barbara went above and beyond just showing us properties. She took us around the entire island, showed us neighborhoods, stores, restaurants, beaches, points of interest, areas that we should be looking for a properties and why they were popular. She explained every facet about living on the island and what we would need to know.

We wound up finding the perfect spot (thanks to Barbara) and made an offer. It was a tough negotiation and Barbara was so professional and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. I completely felt like we were a team and she was looking out for my best interest and not just trying to get the sale. At one point it appeared as if the deal would not happen, and she supported my decision 100 percent to look at other options. But she kept fighting for what we needed while also exploring other options for us, and eventually we had a deal in place thanks to her.
Once we were under contract, Barbara took care of everything and again went above and beyond — especially helping me with all the little details because I had no experience in St. Thomas and things were a little different. She was assisting me with everything from getting the power hooked up, to setting me up with local insurance agents, communicating with the HOA to find out every single detail I would need know. I cannot say enough great things about Barbara. She was the best. To say I recommend her 100-percent would be the understatement of the year!
